Directions-

1.Mark (tip) top coat pen on desired part where the rhinestone is to be placed after stamping nail art.
2. Mark (tip) top coat pen on Konad acryl stick.
3.Touch desired rhinestone with the stick.
4.Put the rhinestone on the spot you want.
5.Apply the top coat to your nail with the brush. You can complete nail art perfectly.
